In order to avoid delay in their payments therefore avoid pating delay interest, Eligible Consumers can benefit from automatic payment service as the Direct Debit System (DBS) or an Automatic Collection System (OTS) which can be designated their accounts in any bank DAK Energy works with.

If you choose to use DBS, your bill amount will automatically be collected on the last payment date of your bill, even if you do not have money in your account.
